This week has been full of surprises and impromptu gatherings. Several meetings that where supposed to be one way ended up turning into huge networking and sharpening experiences. A lunch with a former student of mine turned into a couple of hours of laughing, smack talk, and light exercise (mall walking). A honey-do chore turned into a cool bonding moment with my boys (an the creation of a drum practice space). Some dear friends dropped by the house to chat and 90 minutes ended up feeling like 5 (time really does fly when you are having fun with fun people!) Jaemi and I ended up eating breakfast together on the riverfront today on an impromptu date. I could go on and on. I love this new season of our lives. It’s a season of freedom, faith, and seizing moments. I think this is spirit-filed living at its finest!
