When it comes to working out regularly, time is arguably the number 1 excuse people make for not doing it. I find it terribly ironic that the same people who say they do not have time to work out have plenty of time to watch Duck Dynasty and play Angry Birds. But that’s for another post.
Anyway, I wanted to share with you a system that I have been using for the last 6 months that has produced amazing results. This isn’t my only workout. I still kick box and study Jiu-Jitsu.
