I am wrapping up the final couple of classes in my doctoral studies. It is hard to believe that I will be in my dissertation phase in only 6 months! One of the best parts of my current location in the doctoral process is that my studies are almost completely in line with my vocation as a preacher/teacher. That means lots of awesome reading opportunities that I am able to leverage for research, personal growth, and leisure. Here is what I have read or finished reading in the last 30 days:
The Cost of Moral Leadership: The Spirituality of Dietrich Bonhoeffer by Geffrey B. Kelly
Ministerial Ethics: Moral Formation for Church Leaders by Joe E. Trull and James E. Carter
Sending Capacity Not Seating Capacity: Why a Church Gains the Most When It Sends Its Best by JD Greear and Mike McDaniel
Focus: The Top 10 Things People Want and Need From Your Church by Greg L. Hawkins and Cally Parkinson
Revangelical: Becoming the Good News People We’re Meant to Be by Lance Ford
